nice to see that the piano has had 8 notes fixed, and had a bit of a tune, and the front was off tonight : many kids and adults have never seen 88 keys working, 230 + strings being played : bearing in mind our crazy weather recently....! to the few that have objected : surely bringing some fun/music/singing/interactivity/bonding/chatting etc that these pianos have had on many from far and wide, then surely 3 weeks is a short space out of 76 years average lifespan for a European.. ?

Hi LRS office.
I'm sorry the music has become an annoyance. All the pianos are being removed on Tuesday.
In the mean time, if you're tired of the same old tunes, you could find the music to your favourite songs online, print them off and then leave the notation on the piano for people to play? I can't guarantee quality but this way the piano will become your own personal juke box?

re: LSR Office "please remove your irritating instrument.."
Dear Mr/Ms Office,
This event is only for 3 weeks...unfortunately where I work, I don't hear any live music, which whether "tuneful", "professional" or not, is a change from the ordinary.

Can you please remove your irritating instrument without delay. Those of us who have to work in this area are forced to listen to endless intrusive repetitions of the same, tired tunes played with considerably more enthusiasm than competence. Today (7 July) we had the added pleasure of a group of Saga enthusiasts singing along, tunelessly, to various Ivor Novello numbers, whilst rattling their zimmer frames (out of time) to the music.
Our office is on the 6th floor and by 3pm we all feel like jumping. Please take pity and remove the piano.
