Thank you so much for choosing to put the pianos in San Jose, especially by MLK library. Everytime I walked by, there was somebody playing. All sorts of people! Even ones you would have never guessed knew how to play the piano so well! Someone once played Always With Me from Spirited Away, and that made my day! It still makes me happy to remember walking outside after studying to hear such great sounds! And all from my own community! Thank you! =]

Dear Zero One downtown pianos! what a fantastic experience. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was! I enjoyed playing the pianos as much
as my audience seemed to enjoy it! i met a lot of people by playing the pianos and heard some wonderful players. I would run into the same piano players on different days at different pianos!!! there are some very
talented people out there. even though I am very experienced player I had one SJSU gal student show me how to play a popular song. I think the communication between piano player and audience and vice-versa was great and please bring the pianos back. what a great idea!! I will miss the pianos now that they are leaving. I hope the pianos go to a good home. I know a few vandals destroyed a few chairs, etc but it wasn’t too bad.
the pianos were still playable. thanks again for a great project.!!!!! Celeste McGettigan some gals from Biola Univ even interviewed me while i was playing for a journalism project!! Good luck with the project.

My mom was visiting this weekend from Denver, and I’d told her about the pianos, so she was excited to check a few out. This was our first stop. We love this project!!
