Played a bit of Bruce Hornsby's 'That's just the way it is' to warm up before a rendition of 'I dreamed a dream' from Les Miz. Got a bit of an audience for that and a couple of budding vocalists from the cafe opposite! Would have played for longer but had to go back to work for a meeting! :( <!-- image_comment_id: 1105 --> Ventured down to Leadenhall market with some intrigued work colleagues today (we’re from Lloyd’s of London – the space age building next door).

On my very short night out in London with some colleagues I had to stop by here and play some music. I came up with some Don McLean and Randy Newman. I wish there were more public pianos - I know I'm lucky enough to have my own at home, but this is such a nice way to bring music to the neighborhood. If there's a chance you can bring this to Düsseldorf, Germany or the Ruhrgebiet or Cologne, please so.
