We were getting hot and then the sun went behind the building across the street and reenergized us! I think my husband has that one one his phone. The times I played it after, though, it got progressively worse. By the end you could hear the strings jangling inside. I hope they can repair it for whatever community center or local child they give it to. This photo is from 8-16-10. My son captured the square behind me very nicely, I think. <!-- image_comment_id: 571 --> This was a cool instrument the first day– I played it for the kickoff but don’t have a photo from that day handy. Here I'm performing one of the interludes. I will be blogging about each movement on my website (http://jenniferjolley.blogspot.com/). This one felt like it would fall to pieces if I played anything terribly loud, but it held up! I played a couple of ragtime numbers to a small, but appreciative group of people. I LOVE how my younger son has both feet propped up, like he's kickin' back and just taking everything in from the stroller! <!-- image_comment_id: 434 --> Twenty sixth stop- the Fountain Square West piano.
